本次大会分为工作汇报、战略宣讲、优秀表彰及感恩晚宴四大环节，全面总结2025年公司在医药领域的突破性成果，也明确了未来发展的战略方向，更以表彰先进树标杆、以文艺盛宴聚人心，彰显麦科奥特深耕新药研发、赋能健康事业的初心与担当。2025年，公司实现业务发展与组织建设双丰收，多项重点项目顺利交付，不仅验证自营战略的科学性与可行性，更锤炼出一支敢打善赢、精益求精的新药研发团队，为后续发展筑牢根基。

On February 10, 2026, Shaanxi MICOT Pharmaceutical Technology Co., Ltd. grandly held its "Gather Momentum to Soar, Gallop Towards the Future" 2026 Strategic Goals Presentation and 2025 Outstanding Achievement Recognition Ceremony at the Fengdong Zijin Hotel. The event adopted the theme "Five Cities, One Heart, Gathering in Chang'an," bringing together employees from Xi'an, Beijing, Suzhou, Shanghai, and Taizhou at the main venue in Xi'an. Together, they reviewed the efforts and achievements of 2025 and jointly mapped out the development blueprint for 2026.
The conference centered on four main themes: "Review and Reflection, Strategic Navigation, Recognizing Excellence, and Uniting Hearts and Minds." It was structured into four segments: work report presentations, strategic presentations, an awards ceremony, and an appreciation banquet. The event comprehensively summarized the company's groundbreaking achievements in the pharmaceutical field in 2025, clarified its future strategic direction, and strengthened team cohesion through recognition of outstanding contributors and cultural performances. The conference began with an opening address by Ms. Wang Xiangling, CMO. Dr. Liu, Head of the Shanghai Xitaili Branch, then took the stage to present the branch's strategic plan for the next five years. She outlined development goals focusing on core business areas, technological capabilities, and team building, demonstrating the Xitaili team's dedication to deepening expertise in specialized fields and supporting the company's overall growth.
The conference proceeded to the 2025 Outstanding Achievement Recognition Ceremony. The awards comprehensively covered R&D, clinical, operations, and management fields, including categories such as the Intellectual Property Award, Clinical Project Award, Financing Award, Scientific Breakthrough Award, as well as individual and team honors like Outstanding Newcomer, Outstanding Employee, and Outstanding Team.
