MT1013-III-C01 Phase Ⅲ Clinical Study Midterm Investigator Meeting Successfully Concluded
Focusing on Patients with Moderate to Severe SHPT
On March 6, 2026, the midterm investigator meeting for the MT1013-III-C01 clinical study was successfully convened. The meeting brought together nearly 200 top-tier investigators from 107 research centers nationwide, who gathered to discuss research progress on innovative treatments for secondary hyperparathyroidism (SHPT) in maintenance hemodialysis patients with chronic kidney disease, laying a solid foundation for the high-quality advancement of the project.
The meeting was chaired by Director Wang Yaqiong from Zhongshan Hospital affiliated with Fudan University, the lead unit. She reported on the overall progress of the MT1013-III-C01 study and briefly introduced data from multiple Phase II clinical studies of the project.

As a multicenter, randomized, double-blind, double-dummy, active-controlled (Cinacalcet) pivotal Phase Ⅲ clinical study, MT1013-III-C01 aims to scientifically evaluate the efficacy and safety of MT1013 in treating subjects with SHPT undergoing maintenance hemodialysis for chronic kidney disease, dedicated to providing solutions for unmet clinical needs.
During the meeting, participating experts engaged in in-depth discussions on core issues including optimizing diagnosis and treatment for moderate to severe SHPT patients, initial dosing and calcium supplementation strategies for high-baseline patients, and improving subject follow-up compliance.
