活动伊始,人力资源部高级总监以热情洋溢的开场致辞拉开序幕,诚挚欢迎新员工加入麦科奥特大家庭,并清晰介绍了本次入职集训的整体安排与核心内容。

紧随其后的破冰环节,在人力资源部高级总监融汇地理之趣与历史之智的巧妙引导下,现场气氛迅速升温——新同事们在轻松活泼的互动中畅所欲言、彼此熟识,欢声笑语间拉近了距离,团队凝聚力悄然凝聚。至此,2026年Q1新员工入职集训正式启航。

「榜样的力量」
2025年度“优秀新员工”代表(临床运营部PM)以“连接与协同”为题,结合九年行业经验,将临床试验喻为跨部门交响乐,项目经理扮演“翻译者”与“系统思考者”。他倡导“弱连接的力量”,鼓励新人“走出舒适区、备好问题、及时回馈”,融入协作网络,借First-in-Class新药开发与训练营实现能力跃升,迈向行业影响力新起点。

Micot’s 2026 Q1 New Employee Orientation Successfully Held

On the afternoon of February 11, Micot’s Xi’an headquarters hosted its 2026 Q1 New Employee Orientation, welcoming fresh talent in this promising Year of the Horse. The event covered career development, R&D pipeline insights, cultural integration, and experience sharing—equipping newcomers with both direction and confidence.
The Senior Director of HR kicked off with a warm welcome and outlined the orientation agenda. An interactive ice-breaking session followed, blending geography with history to foster connection and team spirit, officially launching the event.

The HR Director introduced the "Micot Talent Growth Model," featuring dual career tracks, over 20 development paths, and incentive systems, affirming that every effort and breakthrough will be recognized.
The Clinical Project Director shared Micot’s journey from startup to global player, bringing its mission and core values to life through stories of perseverance. Culture became a guiding light, not just words.

The Associate Director of Clinical Pharmacology presented Micot’s four core technology platforms, 30+ differentiated pipelines, and U.S.–China clinical progress, highlighting breakthroughs in first-in-class peptide drugs that reinforced global competitiveness and instilled pride.

Role Model Power
A 2025 Outstanding New Employee and Clinical Operations PM spoke on "Connection and Collaboration," comparing clinical trials to cross-department symphonies. He urged newcomers to leverage weak ties, step out of comfort zones, and grow through First-in-Class projects and training.
Departmental Linkage
Finance, Legal, Procurement & Ops, IT, and Admin teams introduced their functions and contact points, smoothing the "first mile" of onboarding.
