2026年8月21日，恒生指数有限公司公布截至2026年6月30日之恒生指数系列检讨结果。陕西麦科奥特医药科技股份有限公司（“麦科医药”，股份代号：2335.HK）获纳入恒生综合指数成份股，有关调整将于2026年9月7日起正式生效。
麦科医药于2026年6月24日在香港联合交易所有限公司主板正式上市。此次获纳入恒生综合指数，是公司上市后在资本市场取得的又一重要进展。

纳入恒生综合指数的意义
恒生综合指数是反映香港股票市场整体表现的重要指标，涵盖在香港联合交易所有限公司主板上市证券总市值最高的95%，采用流通市值加权法计算，可用作指数基金、互惠基金及业绩表现的基准。
获纳入恒生综合指数成份股，有望提升麦科医药在更广泛投资者群体中的市场关注度，并为进一步拓宽潜在投资者基础创造有利条件。
纳入恒生综合指数也是公司股份未来获考虑纳入沪港通及深港通下港股通合资格证券范围的重要基础之一，但并不代表公司股份已经获纳入港股通。公司股份能否获纳入港股通及其具体生效时间，仍须符合届时适用的相关规则，并以上海证券交易所及深圳证券交易所公布的正式名单为准。

On August 21, 2026, Hang Seng Indexes Company Limited announced the results of its review of the Hang Seng Family of Indexes for the period ended June 30, 2026. Shaanxi Micot Pharmaceutical Technology Co., Ltd. (“Micot Pharma”; stock code: 2335.HK) has been selected for inclusion as a constituent of the Hang Seng Composite Index (“HSCI”), with the change taking effect on September 7, 2026.
Micot Pharma was listed on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited on June 24, 2026. Its inclusion in the HSCI represents another important development for the Company in the capital markets following its listing.

Significance of Inclusion in the HSCI
The HSCI is a key benchmark reflecting the overall performance of the Hong Kong stock market. It covers the top 95% of the total market capitalization of securities listed on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited and is calculated using a free-float-adjusted market capitalization-weighted methodology. The HSCI may serve as the basis for index funds and mutual funds, as well as a performance benchmark.
Inclusion in the HSCI is expected to enhance Micot Pharma’s visibility among a broader range of investors and create favorable conditions for further expanding its potential investor base.
Inclusion in the HSCI is also one of the important prerequisites for the Company’s shares to be considered for future inclusion as eligible securities under Southbound Trading through the Shanghai-Hong Kong Stock Connect and Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect. However, it does not mean that the Company’s shares have already been included in Stock Connect. Any future inclusion and its effective date will remain subject to the applicable rules at the relevant time and the official lists published by the Shanghai Stock Exchange and the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
