1) Doctor degree, major in pharmacy, medicine or biology, more than 5 years of innovative drug research and development experience; If you have working experience in large overseas pharmaceutical companies or famous drug research institutions, and have experience in tumor and/or nervous system drug research and development, it is preferred.

(2) Familiar with GLP, CFDA, FDA and EMA preclinical pharmacological research regulations and technical guidelines; Prior experience in pre clinical safety assessment in CRO or project management experience in cooperation with CRO is preferred.

(3) Responsible for the design, screening and uation of Class 1 innovative drugs, planning, design and management of drug R&D projects, solving key technical problems in the process of project development, controlling the progress of R&D node uation projects, and reducing product development risks.

(4) It has relevant research and development achievements in the field of new drugs in the United States, and has applied for new drugs in the FDA of the United States.

(5) Lead and manage the innovative drug R&D team, be proficient in the innovative drug development mode, technical requirements and relevant registration laws and regulations, be familiar with the innovative drug R&D process, have the ability to plan and implement scientific research, and have good ability to handle daily and emergency affairs; Strong sense of responsibility, good innovative thinking ability and team leadership ability, able to organize and coordinate pre clinical research work, English can be used as the working language, and can skillfully conduct product research and write professional foreign literature.
